As a band AD2000 sees its ministry as providing contemporary praise and worship music for all sorts of services and events.

Its mission is to spread the gospel of Jesus Christ to people today through the music of today.

We strive to keep up with current musical taste and fashion and practice to maintain a modern sound comparative to today's secular market.

Since 1991 there has been a music group at Trinity Methodist Church, Loughborough Leics, under the guiding plectrum of Rob Newton.
Over the years there have been many changes in musicians, instruments, songs and even styles.
But always the band has been available to help congregations worship God with contemporary Christian music.
